Responsibilities: Lead and execute high-quality graphic design projects in line with the client’s brand guidelines and strategic goals. Develop original, compelling visuals for digital, social media, web, and print collateral. Partner with internal and client teams to understand project objectives, contribute creative insights, and refine concepts. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of work that meets or exceeds quality standards. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers when needed. Stay updated on design trends and proactively bring innovative ideas to the table.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in an agency or client-facing environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles across digital, print, and brand identity projects. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to client feedback and expectations. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating visually compelling work.
