Video Editor (Faceless YouTube Videos)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced video editor who specializes in faceless YouTube videos with high viewer retention. You'll be editing engaging content across niches like finance, motivation, documentaries, and storytelling. The ideal candidate understands pacing, storytelling, b-roll placement, sound design, and has a strong grip on audience psychology. This is a full-time remote role with annual salary, working with a professional, long-term-focused team. 1) Minimum 1–2 years of professional video editing experience 2) Proven track record of editing faceless high-retention YouTube videos 3) Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve 4) Strong command of pacing, transitions, text callouts, and dynamic cuts 5) Good sense of sound design and visual rhythm 6) Basic motion graphics skills (preferred) 7) Able to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with a creative team 8) Must submit a portfolio of relevant faceless YouTube work
