We’re hiring a skilled, passionate video editor who specializes in long-form IRL YouTube content (vlogs, travel, interviews, street-style storytelling). The ideal candidate lives and breathes pacing and sound design — someone who can emotionally move the viewer through music, timing, and subtle visual rhythm. No agencies or middlemen. Just raw talent. Edit 10–20 min IRL videos with engaging pacing and storytelling Build emotional beats through music and ambient sound design Craft smooth transitions, jump cuts, and b-roll overlays Work with multi-cam and lav mic footage Collaborate with the creative team for reviews and revisions Deliver 1-2 high-quality videos weekly
