Long-Form Video Editor

We are looking for a professional, creative, passionate, and experienced long-form video editor who specializes in Talking Head-style content. This role is ideal for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, viewer retention, and can bring energy to educational, commentary, and expert-style content. You’ll be editing long-form videos (8–20 minutes) primarily for YouTube and must be skilled at cutting fluff, adding engaging visuals, b-rolls, text overlays, transitions, background music, and creating a compelling final product that keeps the audience hooked. You must be dependable, creative, detail-oriented, and highly experienced in editing content for YouTubers, coaches, consultants, or professional creators. 🚫 Please DO NOT apply if you are a beginner or lack long-form video editing experience.

-Proven experience editing Talking Head long-form YouTube content - Must provide a portfolio with at least 3 examples of your previous work - Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve - Ability to implement creative edits that enhance storytelling and retention - Comfortable working with feedback and tight deadlines - Must be fluent in English - Must be open to doing a 1-minute paid demo/trial edit
